Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please allow additional time for any postal service problems that are out of our control.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at themelaninrealm@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Domestic Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local Delivery
Local delivery is available for any location within the 23847 and 23867 zip codes. Free local delivery is available for orders over $30. For orders under $20, we charge $5 for local delivery.
Deliveries are made from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
International Shipping
International Shipping is available. However, at this time, we do not ship to the following countries.
Panama, Turkmenistan, Angola, Guadeloupe, Republic of Congo, South Sudan, Brunei, Laos, Reunion (Bourbon), Tajikistan, Central African Republic, Liberia, Saint Pierre and Miquelon (Miquelon), Timor-Leste, Chad, Martinique, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Cuba, Mauritius, Seychelles, French Guiana, Myanmar (Burma), and Sierra Leone.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Melanin Realm is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at themelainrealm@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Please include a subject of "Damaged Product (insert order number here)." We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
